The best inositol supplement
Highly recommend this inositol supplement. It has a mild flavour (mostly just tastes a bit sweet) and I mix it with just water but can be mixed with other beverages as well. High dosage per serving means you only need to have it once a day.

I have been using this relatively consistently for about a month and a half now.In my first week I had to adjust the dosage for myself as I noticed I was feeling bloated and gassy - a side effect if you have too much myo inostiol - and since adjusting I felt a lot better.It is relatively tasteless in water as long as you mix it until it is completely dissolved, but completely undetectable in other liquids like juice.I cannot confirm how much influence this product has had on my PCOS symptoms but I can confirm that I have not changed anything else about my lifestyle since introducing it and I have lost enough weight that it is noticeable by others, my period came a week earlier than I expected (based on a recent pattern, meaning that my cycle has shortened - a huge positive) and I haven't had as much acne as I previously did.It is something that I will be continuing to use and monitoring.

This is the second time I have purchased this Myo Inositol and I will continue to do so. I use it daily and feel the benifits in my mood. It is mostly tastless, if anythung there is a slightly sweet flavour to the water I add it too.Great product that I highly recommend.
