Refund Policy

1. Change Of Mind Returns

We do not offer returns on our supplements due to change of mind. Please choose carefully and ensure that any product you select is right for you, based on the advice received from your healthcare provider or general practitioner.

2. Problems With Delivery Or Shipping

Even though great care is taken in the shipping process, if your item/s arrive damaged or fail to arrive, please contact us at hello@zibawellness.com.au. We will try our best to rectify the situation with our courier partners as soon as possible. 

3. Other Returns

Where required under Australian Consumer Law, we will accept Product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund (as applicable) where:

a)  a Product you have ordered was not received by you solely due to failure by us. For the purpose of this clause, "Failure" shall mean any instance where the product was not dispatched within the agreed timeframe, the product was lost due to errors in our logistics process, or the product was damaged due to our mishandling;

b) a Product provided to you was not substantially the same as the Product you ordered as displayed on our Website, (excluding reasonable variations due to manufacturing processes, packaging updates, or natural ingredient changes);

 c) a Product is faulty, in accordance with the information below.  

The following process applies to any Product you believe to be faulty.

  • If you believe your Product is faulty, please contact us, within fourteen (14) days, using the details provided on our Website with a full description of the fault (including images).
  • Failure to initiate the faults process outlined in this clause within fourteen (14) days will be deemed as your acceptance of the product in its current condition.
  • If we determine that your Product may be damaged or faulty, we will request that you send the Product back to us at your cost for further inspection. We reserve the right to further inspection before deeming a Product damaged or faulty.
  • If we determine that the Product is damaged of faulty, you will be credited the full amount paid (including shipping costs) and you may request a refund, exchange or store credit. All refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment.

4. Changes To This Returns Policy

Subject always to the operation of the Australian Consumer Law, we reserve the right to amend this Returns Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.
